If the curators within our network are unable to push your song, we'll promptly issue a refund.

In short: Our guarantee functions more as a money-back policy to safeguard your investment, not a pledge of particular results. Low quality recordings that get turned down won't achieve the promised stream count, and we'll refund you in that case.

Our process involves real humans.  We contact reputable curators and pitch your song to highly active playlists. Over time, we've cultivated connections with numerous influential curators who run widely-followed Spotify playlists.

Musical taste is subjective, so each campaign has variable outcomes depending on the submitted song. We can't predict your streams, and some songs do get rejected resulting in no placement.

So why offer a minimum stream guarantee?

For us, it's more of a money-back policy than results pledge.

Since we use authentic promotion, we can NEVER guarantee results - but we CAN protect your investment. There's always a chance of playlist rejections, and we don't want you paying for nothing. We'll keep pitching to meet the guarantee.

If we can't place your song or hit the mark, we'll refund the difference.

If you don't have a popular playlist, you can still submit your playlist, and we'll send you new music in your preferred genres.
